"How do I prep for a spray tan?"
A: Come to your appointment with clean and exfoliated skin. Exfoliation and shaving needs to take place at least 12 hours before your spray tan. If done too late your pores will stay open, causing the spray tan to seep into each individual pore rather than setting evenly onto your skin. We recommend that you do not wear makeup, however, if you come to your appointment with makeup on, we will provide skin type friendly makeup remover.
"How long do I have to wait before I shower?"
A: To maximize your spray tan results we always recommend waiting a full 24 hours after your spray tan (unless you were sprayed with the Venetian Rapid solution). Several of our solutions are quick dry, please consult your technician to find out which solution best fits your needs.
"What do I wear before/after I get my spray tan?"
A: We recommend that you wear loose-fitted clothing: in our experience we have found that sundresses, baggy sweatpants, and over-sized shirts are the best choices. For female clients, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND not wearing a bra/sports bra after you tan. Any tight clothing risks the chance of smudging/removing your spray tan. For footwear, sandals or flip flops are recommended.
"How long will the spray tan last?"
A: Spray tans generally last anywhere from 5-7 days. However, what you do before and after your visit plays a vital role in the life of the spray tan. We recommend exfoliating 24 hours prior to your spray tan, and apply moisturizer directly after you shower post spray. Keeping your skin hydrated is key to the longevity of your color.
"Will I turn orange?"

The "orange color" often associated with spray tanning comes from an imbalance in your skin's natural pH levels.
